Area - Processing Plant

Service- Concrete Restoration and applied an urethane floor 2000sq.ft

Problem- The floor was warn. Had pockets which caused puddling, and was corroded.

Area - Production Plant

Service-

Problem-

Old tank was unrepairable due to corrosion, Needed to be replaced
Access to install was in a very tight area. The only way into production was a double door.

Solution-

Built a 20,000 Gallon FRP storage tank on site
Provided a flexible roll up "FRP skin" for the walls to grant access through entry
Roof/Floor were cut to fit through entry
All Pieces were assembled on site in exsiting area
Hand Lay-up corrosion barrier internally once tank was assembled

Kraft Foods - Ingleside - Ontario

Area - Waste Water Steel Holding Tank. 40' Diameter x 25' Height

Service- Re-line internal tank with FRP corrosion barrier

Problem- Holding Tank was corroded

Solution-

Erected and dismantled scaffold inside storage tank
Blast and cleaned storage tank to NACE/SSPC Standards
Installed new FRP corrosion barrier to prolong life of tank, and withstand later corrosion.

Service- Installed new urethane flooring 50,000 sq ft.

Problem- Floor was cracking, spalling and had many holes
